Husband-and-wife team Chef Peter Tompkins and Jennie Wilson returned to their home province in June 2017. Peter previously served as Head Chef in midtown Toronto at Quince Bistro (2007-2016) and Noorden Food Bar (2017). 

With a focus on Maritime hospitality and locally sourced ingredients, 11th mile offers Modern Canadian Cuisine. Their craft cocktail menu encourages friends to come together and stay awhile. 

11th mile strives to encourage their team to follow their passions right here in NB. We promote our own and provide opportunities for pop-ups, showcase competitions and collaborations at every opportunity.
